What we're doing

We want to define Pacific Northwest cuisine through its unique climate and geography. Our corner of the world offers its own unique possibilities and a wealth of ingredients to cook with.
We source our ingredients locally, but sometimes we bring in products from other regions to showcase ingredients that could be grown in our region.
Our food is entirely seasonal and seeks to pay homage to the different cultures found within our local community.

Ian Glück

Ian lived in Europe and across the US before settling down in Portland, where he found a thriving food scene and a truly unique terroir. His goal is to create regional food that reflects how special the Pacific Northwest is.

Sara Gordon

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Sara has grown up with a strong sense of community. She believes that food brings people together, and creates a connection unlike any other. With these pop-ups, she hopes she can share her love for food and people and bring everything together under one roof.
